Successful trip to Dora Lake. Absolutely breathtaking! Had a visit from 2 ptarmigan at my tent at about 2am, and a 1-horned goat who couldn’t decide if he was curious enough to get closer to me or not…weather turned ugly Sunday afternoon and I just made it back down to treeline when the lightning and thunder really started crackin’ right above me on the ridgeline. Hard rain too…now it’s a warm shower and shark week! Good end to the good weekend. Pics will follow soon.
